Jade East Garden in Pell City

I went in there and got $31.00 worth of something to go and bought a LARGE egg drop soup and got 1 pack of noodles and manager was very rude because I ask for another pack of noodles. Charged me .75 cent. Will never go back in there again. And my family and friends won't either. Have a great night Chief.

Ate here for the first time yesterday and I was impressed. Good and service was perfect

I really like this buffet. They have a good selection and everything is always hot and fresh when we go.

This is the only buffet restaurant I have ever liked and I eat here about once every two weeks. Their food is excellent! They have a variety of popular Chinese dishes such as Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, Chicken Teriyaki, Hot & Sour Soup & Crab Rangoon. They have a few different kinds of sushi and a number of deserts including several kinds of ice cream. Did I mention all of the above is all-you-can-eat?? The servers are also very friendly, I usually try to sit in Danny's area, he's my personal favorite! It's a great place for children too. They have plain chicken fingers and French fries on the buffet and they have high chairs and Booster seats.

Very disappointed tonight , the fried rice was gummy and the sesame chicken didn't have much flavor

The food was fresh and very good. Service is always great. The man bussing tables today certainly had a great amount of patience with another table with 5 small children as he had to clean the tables and floor 4 times with spills. Very nice people there.

Food was pretty good but it seems a little pricey.

The buffet is about what anyone would expect of a Chinese buffet- could sometimes be fresher but overall decent. The takeout however is phenomenal and mildly priced. The buffet is an occasional trip, the to-go menu is a weekly must! Have been going for years and have experienced excellent service at every visit, even in the busy Sunday afternoon rush.

The man who was manager or owner would not even look me in my eyes after several refills on tea when I asked for ice the waitress gave me to go cups and didn't offer any ice so we actually left with watered down tea and buffet was not looked after at all in over a hour that we were there they came out once and stirred the food but never added any thing my wife bit into a rock in her soup and said it felt like it cracked her tooth and when we told the waitress she sent the manager over and in a smart gesture he ask my wife (what do you need medical attention) she told him no she needed an ibuprofen so when he tried breaking this with his fingers and said this is as hard as a rock I can't break it he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife and as we left the restaurant we looked again and took a picture where it actually did crack one of her back teeth it was a very bad experience for us

I had an excellent in this restaurant. We enjoyed the extraordinary environment and the meals. The staff were very friendly. I’m content we eventually decided to visit this spot.

My wife and I use to love this restaurant. We use to go very often. Very good food and great service. Highly recommend this place. Only downside is that it is a little pricey for a buffet. But still good.

It was good but we tried to get our senior discount & at first wasn't going to be able to. He said 65 & older, I told him we were both older. He didn't lower the price he didn't charge us tax. $8.95 is a little steep for during the week noon time!

Nice people, good food, decent sized buffet. After 4pm they add crawfish, and more. Clean restaurant. Always pleased.

Loved the atmosphere and the waiter. The buffet was pretty good and you can enjoy the company of your friends without the rush to move for the next person.

Every time my husband and i have eatten here he has gotten sick. We will never go back to this restaurant, this has been the issue for several other friends of ours. While some people seem unaffected many seem to leave here sick to their stomachs.

Eat here alot,good on keeping your orders right,an hot,when you pick it up.An we started going in recently were I can try new things an see them an the name on there awsome bar.

I have always loved Jade East Garden. Located right off of I-20 in Pell City by Wal Mart. They have a great buffet with chinese food and fruit also. Plus sushi also. They are nice people and the place is ran very efficiently and I have seen the cooking area many times and they keep it very clean. Pretty good pricing and great variety of food.

Great food. A little clutter in the corners. Storing paper towels and the like is not appropriate for the customer view point. But the good service and food makes up for the clutter.

Friendly staff clean establishment good place to go especially if your short on time. Food has always been good.

I only eat out if I can't make it at home.The only place I go for Chinese-American food. The food is always hot & fresh - been eating here for years and have NEVER gotten sick. Everything is always fresh.I've paid with my debit card for years and NEVER had a problem.

If you pay with your credit/debit card. Check your transactions after. They WILL overcharge you. Food is horrible made me absolutely sick to my stomach. Shady people working there. The credit card thing baffles me because they try to act like they haven't done anything when clearly I see it in my online transactions. Will be taking it to court cities getting better and shady business like what they're running we have no need for. On top of it all ain't no telling what the meat truly is 🤢🤢

This isn't fine dining, but it's decent food for affordable prices, and dang good service. We've been many times, and the staff and owners are always incredibly friendly. Fairly good selection, including a salad bar, numerous Chinese (Americanized, of course) dishes, plus some American fare like fried chicken and potatoes, and several desserts. It does get crowded during peek hours, but we've never had to wait for a table. Very convenient if you also have some shopping to do.

This is one of the cleanest Chinese restaurants I've ever been too. The food was amazing and very fresh. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and sweet. If you're in the Pell City area and want Chinese food, I highly recommend Jade East Garden.

This was our first time eating here. The food was great and so was the service. Very clean and neat restrooms as well. We will definitely have to come again.

The Service was good. The food was good I would have the vegetables cooked a little longer in the chicken fried rice and also do the same for the order of side of fried rice.I would do a lot less onions and I would cook the onions longer they are like you just cut them and fried them for maybe a minute. The egg rolls were good, they seem like they need a little more seasoning on the cabbage other than that they were good.
